Easter with the Guild
February 1st, 2021
Dear Guild members,
We hope you continue to stay well through these ever changing times!
In December, we premiered our first virtual recital named Christmas with the Guild. We had a great variety of pieces with a special thanks to all those who participated! We are asking you to join us once again for another virtual recital aptly named Easter with the Guild. Working on prelude music, maybe a duet, or even a hymn you just really enjoy playing? Any keyboard music you might be working on for Lent and/or Easter is welcome in this recital.
Here is the timeline for the video process:
● Sign up by responding to this email with your name, name of the piece you will be playing, the composer of the piece, and if you need a time slot to record by February 14th.
● If you would need help recording a video (as mentioned above), we will have a videographer on March 24th at First Presbyterian Church. Include this in your response email and Michelle will work with you to sign you up for a time slot to record.
● All videos are due on March 24th and should be uploaded through Google Drive.
● The video will be released on April 1st with our newsletter for the month.
Please make sure to meet these deadline requirements in order to give proper time to create the video. The video itself will be uploaded to YouTube and will be shared in this format (so you can send it to your friends!). If you are uncomfortable with creating a video and/or being on camera at this time, we also welcome audio recordings.
